- Assist and advise the couple regarding the choice of location
- Assist and advise regards all the legal and religious paperwork and liaise with the Italian authorities and church to ensure all is in order.
- Organise and book the church or town hall, the reception, the flowers, the music for ceremony and reception, the hairdresser, the beautician, and any transport required. Couple pay fees and costs direct.
- Assistance in organising accommodation for bride, groom and guests as required.
- Provide a coordinator in Italy available to ensure all your needs are met and that all runs smoothly and an interpreter on the day to ensure there are no last minute problems and guide you through the event.
- Our agency fee inclusive of all the above including the cost of coordinator and interpreter.
